We are extremely customer orientated, you can call and talk to one of our friendly sales representatives if needed. If there are any problems with a product purchased from us, we will do every thing we can to resolve the issue. If you have any questions or concerns with a product you ordered just contact us. We only sell the the parts we trust and use in our shop every day, we understand the parts we sell and there is no issue that we can’t help you with.
DAMAGED, MISSING AND WRONG PARTS:
If you received the wrong part, it was damaged in shipping, has a manufacturers defect or is missing a sub-component we sincerely apologize. We will process your return or get you a replacement part as soon as possible. All returned items must be in the original new condition and be returned with the original packaging, including all papers, hardware etc. We can not accept returns after a part has being installed and used. We handle these issues on a case by case scenario depending on circumstances, so please contact us as soon as possible.
IF YOU ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM, WRONG SIZE, OR YOU SIMPLY CHANGED YOUR MIND:
We will refund your purchase (minus the return shipping cost), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, etc. We will not accept returns for any items on clearance, close-out or listed as a non-returnable in the item description.
When your return is received, you will be issued a refund in the form of your original payment or be given store credit. You may also be assessed a 15% restocking fee and other restrictions may apply so please contact us for more information on your return.
All refunds must be approved by calling Carts Gone Wild first, and all returns must be completed within 14 days of the original purchase.
